A ghost is what i've been the past two weeks, sorry. I have now decided to get back on this in as full force as possible. That being said I no longer have essays to avoid doing.. but I really will try!

In case you didn't notice, I have left Ontario and am now much more west in British Columbia. This place makes me wonder why anyone at all would live where there are not mountains and lakes..hello beautiful.

I have now said goodbye to my temporary residence the "Chateau" of Tyrol Crescent and have set up a semi-permanent one right by a lake, some trees, and well... nothing else. This is boring though so moving on.

The boys of the Chateau introduced me to a new friend I like to call Ra Ra Riot, and it seems more than appropriate to post this song:

Safe arrival in Whistler, BC = I am now sucking at this. For that I apologize but sometimes a gal's gotta just take a break from these things. ON THAT NOTE. My dear friend Liz has started another blog that will also be added to my right side. It's called Lamb Life and you should probably go read it.

Those 5 days I was talking about earlier have suddenly vanished, and all of a sudden I find myself sitting beside a giant suitcase stuffed with enough clothes to last me for 4 months.

Of the 10 things that had to be done, I have successfully completed.. well only 5 and a half. Partying with the Jons never worked out (i will miss you fellas), never did find snow pants or an ipod shuffle charger (still looking), went shopping with Alex, not Dani or Liz, and definitely did not participate in an Easter egg hunt. What can ya do.

That being said I am all packed and ready to fly west to join the silly amount of friends that have already (or are about to) make the journey. Though i'm slightly nervous for the events of tomorrow, I cannot wait to see everyone.

Crocs.

If there's one thing I actually hate most in the world it's crocs. They are straight hids. Now they've gone and put an entire STORE full of them on QUEEN WEST. Sorry but what? Next thing you know they'll have an Ugg boot store next door.

Can someone tell me what the new 'cool' street's gonna be? Cause Queen just aint cutting it anymore.

Things I dislike..

Being home should be nice but in reality...
- nothing is open on easter
- there is cover at bars
- there are twenty times the number of annoying people in lines at bars
- there are streetcars that stop for no good reason at all

That being said I enjoy...
- doing laundry and not feeling like my clothes arent getting clean
- eating the food cooked by mama j
- getting invited to hot yoga by mama j
- hanging with downtown
- meeting random drunk men that steal my (loser) phone and text the world scary things

Bloggin' on a Saturday night. Not a big deal. Guess I'm saving myself for Whistler.

LA MAISON

Hard to believe that it was 2 years ago at this time when I made a facebook group for the house we would soon live in. I didn't know what to call it so I just said "La Maison". Little did I know it would be what friends would refer to us as for the next two years.Everyone warned against six girls living together in such close quarters. I've heard the horror stories of girl fights and ruined friendships but I always knew that wouldn't be an issue for us. (The last 2 weeks don't count) Today I'm the first of us to move out, and it's quite possibly the saddest thing ever. Missin these bitches already.

Thought i'd take the time today to introduce you to them all.
Ms. Tina. Part of our basement crew, she makes the best faces, and the best sandwiches that I will miss the most. She's also a professional addicting games player and has showed me the best cake making, zit poping, pizza delivering games EVER. Bitch is flying off to Singapore next year reason 1.1 why I must move out.

Ms. Danielle Betty. The other third that makes up the basement crew. I will miss this betty's exquisite meals and baking, not to mention ridiculous work ethic that I am extremely envious of. Bitch got a 16 month internship at IBM next year. Reason 1.2 why I must move out.

Ms. Monika Ivey. I will miss this one's noises (she hates me now) as well as her stupid brain for being so god damn smart and in Ivey. I will not miss the fact that she is scared of cats and will be getting a cat next year and naming it Monika. Bitch is flying to Barcelona next year. Reason 1.3 why I must move out.
Ms. Tara Walrus. Though she's spent this semester in England, I will never forget the time she slid face first down the stairs in residence. I will miss this stupid lady's drunken antics and fantastic hair styles. Bitch is flying to Singapore with Tina next year. Reason 1.4 why I must move out.Ms. Madeleine. The last remaining La Maison member, the two of us will be holding the name for all of us next year. Though she brought in scary gerbals that eat everything, I will now admit they are kinda cute.. kinda.

Ms. Liz. The unofficial roomate, and final member of La Maison. She'll be stickin around next year too but a summer without this BFF will be a lonely one. Bitch is flying out west to hang with me though so SUCK IT!

We also had a short stint with Ms. Aureyana. She has a career now because she's cool like that. Look out for a bitch in a school near you!


Love you longtime girlfriends, and will miss you more than anything when you go on your stupid vacations.xoxogossipgirl.

To Do-

Today is my last day in La Maison (the place I have called home for the past 2 years). Tomorrow I'm heading back to Toronto, and then Wednesday I fly west.

That leaves me 5 days to do all of this:
1. Move everything out of La Maison and into storage.
2. Party one last time with The Jons
3. Re-pack everything for Whistler.
4. Go shopping with Dani and perhaps Liz
5. Get my hair did.
6. Find some snowpants that arent completely broken
7. Play with Tipper and Joey for a while
8. Find an iPod shuffle charger
9. Do an easter egg hunt? .. Why not.
***UPDATE. 10. Have sushi with Stephanie my oldest homie.


It's gonna be a busy 5 days.
